Welcome to Ethereal Software!

To get started with the Ethereal Application, please follow these steps:

1. After downloading the Ethereal App from your user panel, unzip the file and run the setup MSI. This will create an EtherealEngine shortcut on your desktop.

2. Launch the Ethereal Application. If any files are missing, the engine will direct you to the appropriate Microsoft Download page. Select your system and download the necessary files.

3. Choose your platform by clicking on the controller/joystick icon. Four options will appear; select the platform you are using.

4. Once the correct platform is selected, press "START."

5. The Ethereal Engine will automatically handle the rest and launch the application.

6. Navigate to SP mode, and you're ready to go!

7. Important: If you're using antivirus software like Windows Defender, add the following three exclusions to ensure smooth operation:

   • EtherealEngine

   • C:\Program Files (x86)\EtherealEngine folder

   • C:\Ethereal

   (Note: Kaspersky Antivirus/Premium users do not need to add exclusions as Kaspersky has no false positives.)
