If you encounter any issues before the game starts, please refer to this guide.

If your game crashes after it has started, try completely restarting your computer and launching the game once without loading our product. Wait for the game to fully load into the main menu, then start the injection process again.

Some overlays might interfere with our products, so if you use any overlays, disable them.

Try injecting a few more times to ensure that the product cannot load under any conditions.

When running the program, describe your issue in detail. The support program will generate a mega link that you need to send to our staff. Open a support ticket and provide the link to us, and we'll look into your issue.
